These Terms of Use apply to MSR90 Reader for Android, provided by TCool LTD.
Using the app
You may use the app for lawful personal or business purposes. You are responsible for using a compatible magnetic-stripe reader and Android device, and for ensuring that you have permission to collect, handle, store, or export any card data you capture. Magnetic-stripe records can contain sensitive information; secure your device and any CSV files you export.
The app processes reader input locally and stores records on your device. Its data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
One-time purchase
The app may offer premium_lifetime, a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited records, record sets, and CSV export. It is not a subscription. Google Play shows the price applicable to your account and region before you confirm the purchase. Purchase access can be restored through Google Play using the account associated with the purchase.
For purchases made through Google Play, review its current refund guidance; eligibility may depend on the purchase and your region. You can also contact us if you need help with a purchase.
Compatibility and availability
The app depends on Android, USB OTG support, reader hardware, and the behavior of the reader that you use. Compatibility may vary by device and reader. We may update, change, or discontinue app features as needed to maintain or improve the app.
