Effective date: November 1, 2026
These Terms of Service govern Share & Act for Android, package ltd.tcool.android.shareact, published by Kan Huang under the Google Play developer display name Super Ratel. TCool LTD is the website and support brand. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
By using the app, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms should be read with the Share & Act Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to use the accounts, bot endpoints, and content involved in your workflows. Subject to these Terms, you may use Share & Act for lawful personal or business purposes.
Do not use the app to access systems without permission, distribute unlawful content, steal credentials, evade access controls, interfere with services, spam recipients, infringe rights, or cause harm. Keep your device, Google Account, bot credentials, and exported configuration secure.
What the app does
Share & Act evaluates rules for supported content shared from Android and can submit a request to your configured compatible bot webhook. Bot setup, valid credentials, suitable network access, and any required third-party account or plan are your responsibility.
You remain responsible for the content, routing rules, templates, instructions, endpoints, and automatic-delivery permissions you choose. Review a workflow before enabling automatic sending. Do not send confidential information or information about another person unless you are authorized to do so.
Delivery status describes the app’s submission or transfer state. An accepted webhook request means accepted for delivery or processing, not completed AI work. Review results in the receiving bot’s own interface. Share & Act does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, timeliness, or suitability of third-party output.
Third-party services and files
The app does not include an AI service account or model credits. Compatible bots, Google Drive, Google Play, networks, and Android are controlled by their respective providers and can change their interfaces, pricing, permissions, availability, or requirements.
Image and PDF workflows require the relevant Google Drive authorization. Files are uploaded to your Drive and referenced in a bot request; the app does not make them public. The bot needs its own access to the private file. You are responsible for remote copies, storage usage, access permissions, and any third-party charges.
Third-party terms apply separately. The app does not authorize you to bypass another service’s restrictions or guarantee that a bot will be able to access a link or file.
Free access and lifetime purchase
The free plan allows one bot connection and one rule. An optional one-time lifetime upgrade removes the app’s commercial quantity limits for bot connections and rules. It is not a subscription and is not consumed when you use the app.
The launch US standard price is US$1.99. Local prices, taxes, and availability may differ; the amount shown by Google Play at checkout governs the transaction. Third-party bot, AI, or storage charges are not included.
Google Play handles payments and its applicable billing and refund policies apply. We do not receive your full payment-card details. These Terms do not remove any mandatory refund, warranty, or other consumer rights.
“Lifetime” describes the eligible app entitlement for its bot-connection and rule quantity limits. It does not promise perpetual operation of an external bot, AI model, Google service, network, or unsupported Android version, or include every possible future separate product.
Restore purchases
Use Restore purchase to ask Google Play to return and verify an eligible completed purchase associated with the applicable purchasing account. Restoration is not a second purchase and must not require you to pay again for an eligible existing entitlement.
Restoration depends on Google Play returning valid purchase data. Account selection, store synchronization, connectivity, invalid receipts, pending payment, refunds, and revoked transactions can affect access. If you already purchased and restoration fails, retry or contact support rather than buying again.
Do not falsify, alter, share, or replay another person’s purchase information to claim an entitlement. We may withhold or remove paid access for invalid, refunded, revoked, or otherwise ineligible transactions, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
Privacy, local records, and deletion
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Rules and connection settings are local to the device; Share & Act does not provide its own account-based cloud synchronization.
Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app can remove local rules, credentials, and task records. Maintain any exports you need and protect exported secrets. Removing local data does not recall sent requests, remove files from Drive, or delete copies held by a bot or other recipient.
Availability and appropriate reliance
We aim to provide a useful routing tool, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with every app, file, endpoint, device, or third-party provider. Updates may be necessary for security, Android compatibility, billing, or service changes.
Do not rely on Share & Act or third-party AI output as the sole basis for emergency, safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, or other decisions where an incorrect, missed, or delayed action could cause harm.
Intellectual property and your content
The app software, branding, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
You or the relevant rights holder retain ownership of content you share. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to route it and for reviewing any terms imposed by the receiving service. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee third-party availability or output, successful delivery in all circumstances, or recovery of deleted local data.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from a workflow, a recipient service, network failure, or inability to use the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes and stopping use
We may update these Terms and will show the new effective date on this page. Material changes may be communicated through the app or store where appropriate. Changes apply subject to mandatory law and any notice or consent requirements.
You can stop using Share & Act at any time by disabling automatic workflows and uninstalling the app. Ending use does not undo completed transmissions or remove remote copies.
