Devices & compatibility
For Android. A compatible external bot, such as a Grok Bot Routine, a valid HTTPS webhook and credentials are required. Image and PDF workflows also need Google Drive authorization and the receiving bot’s own Google Drive connection or permission. Share & Act does not include an AI account, model credits or third-party subscriptions.

How does Google Drive access work?
Share & Act requests only drive.file to create and access files associated with the app, not to browse your entire Drive. Selected images and PDFs upload directly to your Drive. The app sends file references, not Google authorization tokens, to your bot. It does not make files public.
Does the receiving bot automatically get file access?
No. The bot needs its own Google Drive connection or permission to read a private file. Authorizing Share & Act does not authorize the bot. Clearing the app does not delete files already uploaded to Drive.
What is included for free?
The free plan includes one bot connection and one rule. An optional one-time lifetime purchase removes the app’s quantity limits for bots and rules. It is not a subscription. Eligible purchases can be restored through Google Play.
Where are my settings and shared content handled?
Rules, connection settings and task history stay in private device storage. Approved requests go directly to your configured endpoint; file uploads go directly to Google Drive. Third-party services have their own privacy practices. See the privacy policy for details.
